wow, thanx! I can't believe that I forgot to mention the green beans, and I'm even more surprised that no one noticed till now...The green beans should be marinated and stir-fried together with the tofu.

I thought of freezing the tofu but finally decided not to. I'm eagerly awaiting your results :) Yep, moscovites are very lucky when it comes to Japanese (or any other, for that matter) cuisine... On the other hand, there are some good Russian restaurants in Japan as well :)

It's vegan. It's Japanese. What more could you ask? xD Do you that it can work with frozen tofu? I will try it, and comment the results on my blog :)) I agree with you: Japanese cuisine is one of the healthiest and most delicious cuisines. Unfortunately, Spanish people don't like it too much (they think it's something exotic, or strange), so they are very few Japanese restaruants. On the other hand, in Moscow (how lucky they are!) there is a real boom of sushi bars! You can find a Japanese almost everywhere, and it's not as expensive as here u_u I know that it is not real Japanese food (do Japanese eat "California rolls"?), but better than nothing xD By the way...I remember these chopsticks! xD
